Who operates this mission
When this page says “we,” it means the product team that publishes Orbit Switch on the App Store. Privacy questions go through the game’s App Store support channel. We do not publish a personal inbox, home address, or unrelated blog as the contact path for this title.

What stays on your device
Orbit Switch does not ask you to open an account or type a name, email, or profile. Session state that makes the puzzle work is kept locally so a system can resume after you leave the cockpit:
- Current level, remaining hearts, and whether a run is still active
- Energy orbs collected and orbit transfers spent against the par limit
- Which satellite is active when a stage uses more than one craft
- Shield status and the in-game “G” balance shown next to the shield control
That play data exists to run the gravitational puzzle. It is not a player dossier we host on our own servers.

Advertising signals and tracking
Orbit Switch contains advertising. The HUD can also offer a rewarded path (labeled AD) to obtain a shield. The App Store privacy labels for this game state that usage data may be linked to you, and that data may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Usage data. Signals about how the app is opened and played, which advertising partners may use to measure or personalize ads.
Rewarded placements. Choosing the AD shield option can start a partner-served video or offer before the power-up is granted.
Tracking permission. On iOS, tracking across other companies’ apps or sites happens only if Apple’s tracking prompt is granted where that prompt is required.
We do not sell a mailing list of navigators. Ad networks process signals under their own rules. The live partner list sits in Apple’s prompts and in the App Privacy section of the Orbit Switch store listing.

What Apple processes for the store
Downloads, updates, refunds, Family Sharing, Screen Time, and optional device backups are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Orbit Switch does not run a separate store login for those events. If you restore a device, local progress returns only if that backup included the app’s sandbox data.
CH-5
How long signals last
Local orbital progress remains until you delete the app or erase the device. Advertising and measurement records held by partners last only as long as those partners need them to serve or report ads, or as required by law. This game does not keep a standalone cloud profile of your satellite routes.

Younger navigators
Orbit Switch is rated 4+ and never asks a child for contact details. Because the title may show third-party ads (including rewarded shield offers) and may process usage data as described above, a parent or guardian should decide whether the mission is appropriate and should manage tracking, Screen Time, and Ask to Buy on the device.
The game is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child shared personal data through an ad-partner flow, use the support channel below so the request can be reviewed.
